Refund Policy


Since we offer made-to-order and or print-on-demand products, we have a Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable Policy. However, if the design is misprinted or there's an error in our part, we will refund or exchange  your order upon approval. 

Damages and issues

If your product is misprinted/ damage/ defective you must contact us within 7 days upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To avoid surprises please check your order upon receiving you package.

For wallpaper and fabric we recommend ordering a test sample before placing your order to ensure you are happy with your choice. No refunds or exchange on test swatches.

To start a return, you can contact us at if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


If your order arrives damaged or misprinted we can issue a refund or exchange upon approval. Simply contact us by email  within 7 days upon delivery and we will get you sorted.

Eligible for refund or exchange are as follow:

1-Low printing quality

2-Design issue( not seamless, scale issue, 

3-Shipping wrong item/wrong size/wrong address(different from provided by customer)

4- Wrong product, different size ( more/ less than 1.181 inches of advertised size)

5-Quality issue ( holes, manufacturing defect, tears, 

6- Item is lost or damage during shipping 

7- Items is out of stock after placing order 

8-Package has not been delivered in 30 days

Unclaimed: orders that are unclaimed and return to the sender the customer is responsible for cost of reshipment.

Returned by Customer – The best practice is to contact us  before returning any products.

Product is damaged, deformed, altered by customer

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Trendy Creation Prints reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
